Custom original art has the power to elevate your space, offering you the freedom to select both the ideal size and color palette for your tastes.
Here are some completed commissions and a bit about the commission process:
Where the Prairies Meet the Mountains in
Waterton National Park
"I had been admiring Courtney’s work on both social media and in-person at events for a couple of years before finally approaching her at an Art Walk about commissioning a large piece. I was quite pleased with how thorough, thoughtful, and professional she was during the entire process: from the initial consult all the way through to installation. I ended up with the perfect piece that both suits my home and reflects my personality!”

On the Water
At Maligne Lake in Jasper National Park
“Working with Courtney was such a pleasure. When I first contacted her, I told her I wanted a painting for my office. She came to my office for a visit and we discussed some ideas. She then sent me some preliminary sketches, followed by some preliminary small paintings. Through the whole process, she was attentive, enthusiastic and then finally so artistic. I have a beautiful painting and I couldn’t be more grateful.”

Commission Process
1 - Assistance with size selection for your space, if required.
2 - Review of other works I’ve completed that you are most drawn to.
3 - Selection of a reference image or location that will add a deep sense of meaning to your space.
4 - Preparation of a smaller version of the large painting or a “study” to review for feedback and approval.
5 - Then I work on the large-scale piece with the approved study as a guide. Allow about 3-5 months for the completion the large-scale painting.
6 - I can support in arranging framing, delivery, and installation assistance as needed. The minimum size for a commission is 24” x 24” or 576 square inches.
